Kadang Anda melakukan kesalahan dalam pengiriman email menggunakan aplikasi email client seperti Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, maupun mail client bawaan ponsel pintar (Android, Blackberry, iPhone). 

Jika anda mengalami hal itu, kemungkinan besar penyebabnya adalah ISP (operator internet) yang anda gunakan memblokir port SMTP untuk pengiriman email, dan mengharuskan anda untuk menggunakan SMTP relay milik mereka sendiri.
